Chamber Delegates Attend Congressional Luncheon
Over 40 business and community leaders traveled with the Chamber to Macon on Tuesday for the Georgia Chamber's Congressional Luncheon. Always a favorite event, the luncheon had a total of 1,500 attendees.  Among the local delegates were Rep. Buddy Carter, Rep. Don Hogan, and Miss Georgia Alyssa Beasley.  Sen. Johnny Isakson gave stirring remarks as the highlight of the program.

Business Education Series:  Quickbooks Online

Quarterly Clean Sweep Awards Announced

Congratulations to the Q2 Award Winners of the Keep Golden Isles Beautiful (KGIB) Clean Sweep Awards!  The Clean Sweep Award recognizes local businesses and non-profit organizations for their efforts in maintaining clean and attractive premises. Mellow Mushroom has been selected as the 2017 first quarter for-profit recipient, while the Emmanuel Baptist Church receives the non-profit distinction. Selected by a panel of community members, Clean Sweep awards are presented quarterly by KGIB, the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce and the Brunswick News.
