2016 Connecticut Arts Day at the Capitol! 
The Connecticut Office of the Arts, in partnership with the Connecticut Arts Alliance and our 9 regional service organizations, are planning to bring back Connecticut Arts Day at the Capitol on March 2nd, 2016.  The last time this event took place was in 2002!  Anyone interested in our Arts and Cultural Sector is invited to attend Arts Day to celebrate and underscore the importance of investing in Connecticut's Arts and Cultural landscape to our legislators.

Connecticut Humanities (CTH)
CTH is making changes in the new year. Starting with the January 4, 2016 deadline, the maximum award for the monthly Quick Grants will increase from $1,500 to $4,999. All other grant lines ( Capacity , Planning , and Implementation  requests, from $5,000-$50,000) will have quarterly application deadlines of the first business day of February, May, August, and November.

The Southeastern CT Cultural Coalition is proud to announce that we are one of three regions in the state partnering with  Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art's (Mass MoCA)  Assets for Artists to bring their Matched Savings Program to CT. 

Only 10 spots available in CT! Applications are due in December.
