Mind Body Skills Group: The Art of Self Care
Please join us for an opportunity to learn more about your self, how to relax, and to practice a variety of mind-body techniques including: meditation, breath work, guided imagery, and biofeedback. We will look at the role of stress and illness, and how to incorporate the tools of mind-body medicine into everyday life. Benefits include: better coping skills, decreased physical symptoms of cancer, increased self-awareness, and positive perceptions about your life.
The group will meet in Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute, Room 3007 on 2/6, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13/, 3/20, 3/27 and in the Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion, Room 1603 on 2/13.
