Merry Christmas!

The Star of Bethlehem shone brightly the night Christ, the true light of the world, was born.

Even in the darkest of times, Christ's love and light still shines for all the world to see.

This Christmas let us be Christ's love and light in the world as we witness to the sanctity of life, in these dark times of denial and anger, public apathy and disinterest.

We don't have to win every earthly battle.  We don't have to convince every doubting heart. All we have to do is be the light. All the victories are God's.

The Board of Directors and Staff of Missouri Right to Life wish all of you a blessed and peaceful Christmas.
Update on Continuing Court Challenges to SB 5

This week the Missouri Supreme Court ruled against Planned Parenthood's challenge to the same physician requirement in the 72 hour reflection period by denying their request for a Writ of Prohibition.

In this decision the court upheld that the physician who is to perform the abortion must meet in person with a woman 72 hour prior to performing an abortion on her. This is not an undue burden.

These repeated challenges to common sense medical practices by Planned Parenthood show the lack of concern for the well being of women when they are facing a crisis situation.

We thank Attorney General Josh Hawley and his staff for continuing to fight to protect women and their unborn children.
