Pre-Filing of Legislation for 2016 Legislative Session 

2016 Priority Legislation:

1. Expanding Abortion Clinic Inspections, Accountability for Disposal of Baby Body Parts, Ensure no selling or buying of baby body parts is happening in Missouri from in state abortion clinics or out of state clinics, Accountability for licensing of abortionists and abortion facilities as well as oversight of connections between abortion facilities and public institutions.

 

2. Ban Dismemberment Abortions.


3. Defund Planned Parenthood.
 
SB 644 - Sponsor: Bob Onder - Modifies provisions related to abortion. Includes pro-life language for donation of fetal tissue, tissue reporting, physician privileges, ambulatory surgical center reporting and abortion facility inspections (Support)
