In the Missouri State Senate:

Modifies provisions related to abortion. Includes pro-life language for donation of fetal tissue, tissue reporting, physician privileges, ambulatory surgical center reporting and abortion facility inspections (Support)
SB 802 -
Sponsor: David Sater -
Prohibits abortions performed solely because of a prenatal diagnosis, test, or screening indicating Down Syndrome or the potential of Down Syndrome in an unborn child (Support)
