Big victory in defund Planned Parenthood fight!
We won a huge pro-life victory last Friday! Pro-Life members of the U.S. House voted 240-189 to defund most of Planned Parenthood's federal money next year and to roll back some of the most life-threatening aspects of Obamacare.

The vote was on H.R. 3762, the Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act. Our six pro-life Missouri Congressmen and women voted yes on this bill: Rep. Sam Graves (6th Dist.), Rep. Vicky Hartzler (4th Dist.), Rep. Billy Long (7th Dist.), Rep. Ann Wagner (2nd Dist.), Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (3rd Dist.) and Rep. Jason Smith (8th Dist.).

September 23 - November 1 - The Spring 40 Days for Life campaign is currently underway. Campaigns in or near Missouri include: Columbia, St. Louis, Overland Park, KS.

November 14 - Statewide - MRL Statewide Leadership and Annual Membership meeting will be held in Pleus Hall at Immaculate Conception Parish, 1208 E. McCarty, in Jefferson City. The gathering starts at 9:30 with the meeting starting promptly at 10:00 am. Featured Speaker: Zina Hackworth. All are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to [email protected] or call 573-635-5110.

January 21-23 - Statewide - 43rd National March for Life, Missouri Life Caravan. Buses will depart from St. Louis and other locations around Missouri. More information to follow.

February 9 - Statewide - Pro-Life Action Day at Missouri State Capitol. We Need You in Jefferson City! This will be the day to let our legislators know we want legislation passed to Stop Planned Parenthood  

April 5 - Statewide - Pro-Life Action Day at Missouri State Capitol. We Need You in Jefferson City Again! This will be the day to emphasize "Defunding of Planned Parenthood"
