Legislative Update - April 7, 2017

The Missouri Senate worked all week on SS SB 41, the bill to ban sanctuary cities for abortion and SS SB 67, the bill requiring annual inspections of abortion facilities and accountability of baby body parts from abortion. Both bills were laid back on the Senate Calendar for more debate in the weeks to come.

The Missouri House worked to pass all budget bills. The following pro-life provisions are on the House Perfected version of the budget. The budget now goes to the Senate for further review.

3. Continued defunding of Planned Parenthood from receiving tax dollars through our state budget

Judge Plans to Block Missouri's Abortion-Restricting Rules
