The outrageous decision by Judge Sachs to overturn commonsense regulations on abortion clinics and abortionists has opened the gates here in Missouri for more abortion facilities. Planned Parenthood has announced that, once licensed by the state, they will immediately begin doing abortions again at their Columbia and Kansas City locations.
Investigations by the legislature in 2015 showed that there have been multiple violations of state law by Planned Parenthood. Sadly, there is documented evidence that over 65 ambulances have been called to the Planned Parenthood in St. Louis since 2009. In addition, the Center for Medical Progress proved through their ground-breaking videos that Planned Parenthood was selling aborted baby body parts.
All this should compel the Missouri Legislature to pass The Women's Health Care Protection Act to mandate annual on-site inspections of abortion clinics and accountability of baby body parts.
