Link 3 - Two appeals court rulings this week advanced the cause of abortion rights supporters in Missouri, with one decision moving Planned Parenthood closer to re-establishing its Columbia clinic and the other, in a lawsuit filed by the Satanic Temple, putting the state's 72-hour waiting period in jeopardy.
This court decision makes the regulations enacted by SB 5 from this year's Special Session extremely important.
