After several years of cuts and issues, Eric Angstadt, Director of Planning and Development at City Hall, has instituted big changes that should make life easier for businesses looking to open and/or grow. There are new employees, new responsibilities, new user friendly customer options and an overall effort to improve citizen interaction with Planning.
