Shula Jaron, Executive Director, Fertilab Thinkubator, will offer an overview of what Fertilab does to help new entrepreneurs, and a peek into some of those new businesses. You may be surprised to learn how many innovative small businesses are sprouting up all over our area and how their success is impacting our local economy.
Ruth Miles, Small Business Advocate, Oregon Secretary of State's Office of Small Business Assistance, will talk about assistance to small business owners to help them navigate regulatory requirements and work with state agencies.
Jim Lindly, Director, Lane Small Business Development Center, will discuss the nuts-and-bolts of making a new business succeed and all the services available to small business owners as they get their new ventures off the ground.
