ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you are using paper TEVALs this semester, please schedule your evaluation time with Jody this week. Note: all faculty members listed on a course must have an individual TEVAL conducted.

OUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Associate Professor Lorn Clement and Ryadi Adityavarman (IAPD) received an Academic Excellence award to fund three workshops that will complement a new freehand drawing course.

Assistant Professor Hyung Jin Kim presented a research poster "Walking to School and the Social Environment" at the American Public Health 142nd Annual Meeting and Exposition, New Orleans, LA on November 18, 2014. Kim was the primary author, co-authors include Chanam Lee, PhD, MLA (Texas A&M Landscape Architecture), Marcia Ory, PhD, MPH (Texas A&M Health Science) and Deanna Hoelscher, PhD RD LD CNS (University of Texas School of Public Health).

Alliance for Historic Landscape Preservation (AHLP) Education Committee has released a call for papers and posters for the AHLP's 37th Annual Meeting, which will occur in Savannah, Georgia, March 18-21, 2015. Intersession and Evening College proposals for courses offered through August are due to Global Campus on Dec. 12, 2014. Please send your proposal to Stephanie by Friday, December 5, for approval if you are interested in offering an Intersession or Evening College course. The proposal form is available here.
