Getting in Shape
Over the last four months I upped my game at the gym, going 5-6x week. In other words, I have made a daily committment. It's amazing how it has changed my experience of life. My body feels different, my energy is up and my mood gets a daily dose of upbeat hormones.

Recently spent a half-day with Robert Cialdini, author of the classic, Influence. He shared something almost every sales person knows, How you feel is who you are. That's why sales people ask questions that put you in a mental state where you feel you deserve whatever they are selling. They know that there is a dominant headspace that dictates how you see the world and if they can get you into a mindset where you feel you deserve what they are presenting, you will buy.

Well, what if every day you could shift your consciousness - literally shift it into a state of mind where you could see more opportunity, feel better, experience setbacks with greater resilience, and lock onto the positive outcomes that are most important to you?  That's what a workout does.  To say nothing of the well being it provides your body.

When this week will you find the time to increase the endorphins that naturally lead to greater self-esteem, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and strengthen your heart? It's time to take Monday Morning Mojo seriously by building your body!
