Seth Kahan on Leadership // Monday Morning Mojo
Changing the World for the Better
Lion TreeBobby Jo Clow is a nature photographer. Her "greatest passion is capturing our amazing planet and its occupants with my camera."  Her pictures are stunning - the tree on the right is decorated with lions. To see the full pic, visit her website where it is the first thing you see.

Spending time in Africa Bobby Jo knows the majesty of the African elephants and the precarious position they are in. One elephant is killed every 15 minutes for its teeth. Bobby Jo is doing something about it. She is taking her amazing photographs of elephants, up close portraits of the largest land mammal on Earth, and creating a book - 100% of the proceeds will go to support The Askari Project, an elephant conservation initiative.  If you would like to learn more, check out the video she made about her project. It includes a link to join her crowdfunding and get a copy of the book when it comes out. The pictures are extraordinary.

This is a powerful example of using your talent to make a difference in the world.
Have you given thought to how your talent might make the world a better place this week? Now's the time! It's Monday Morning. Time for your Mojo to activate!

The primary difference between a transactional leader and a transformational leader is the latter has feigured out how to channel their influence to make the world a better place.
