The Dirty Dozen Seminar
Free Educational Seminar
Presented by Hopkins Carley
Thursday, May 11, 10:00 a.m.

This seminar will identify some of the most common mistakes that prompt lawsuits by employees and former employees, and offer practical advice on how to minimize the risk of those mistakes.
Lawsuits filed by employees and former employees are much more common today than they were 10 or 20 years ago. The reasons for the increase in employment litigation are numerous and varied, but many suits result, at least in part, from mistakes made by the employer.  Some of the mistakes are fairly basic and easy to understand, while others require more experience or sophistication to recognize.  All are important, however, because they are common and frequently lead to litigation that may be expensive and difficult to defend successfully.
