PRESBYTERY MISSION & MINISTRIES FUNDS APPLICATION

The Presbytery of New Brunswick's budget for 2015 included a consolidated line item for Presbytery Mission and Ministries to be administered by the Administrative Commission. Therefore, an application has been created to be used to request funds from this budget line item.

The application is available as a .pdf form which can be completed, saved and emailed to the Administrative Commission. It may also be printed and mailed but the most efficient process will be to submit the application and all attachments electronically. This will facilitate distribution to the members of the Administrative Commission and expedite the review of the request. Completed applications and/or questions may be directed to [email protected].

HELP KEEP A ROOF OVER THE HEADS OF CHILDREN & FAMILIES IN TRENTON
Westminster Presbyterian Church's mission as a multiracial, multicultural, multigenerational congregation is to stand as a beacon, and a haven of tolerance and hope, within the community. Currently, the church has dedicated its educational facility to these vital community programs:
  •          Get S.E.T. (Scholastic Enhancement Tutoring) Program: An award winning after-school program in its 25th year of service
  •          The English School at Westminster: Teaching English to Get SET parents and new immigrants, in its third year in partnership with The English School of Lawrence Road Presbyterian Church
  •          Healing Communities: Many programs are provided for Returning Citizens/Reentry from prisons for men and women
  •          Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More: in order to battle the health problems of obesity and diabetes that are plaguing our families we are providing many programs and expanding our Westminster Wellspring Garden

Westminster must raise $50,000 now in order to replace the roof on our education building and to repair all the indoor damage done to our computer room, art room, youth clubhouse, restrooms, and offices.

Please prayerfully consider partnering with Westminster to continue seeking the Shalom of the City of Trenton! Donations to the Westminster roof project may be made by check to Westminster Presbyterian Church, clearly marked "Westminster Roof" in the memo line and mail to PO Box 3719 Trenton, NJ 08629.

We are grateful to have as a partner Nassau Presbyterian Church.  Click here to check it out.
