Important Message from Governor Nathan Deal Concerning "Move On When Ready" Program
From Governor Deal:  "In April 2015, I signed SB 132, which made changes to the state's dual enrollment program, termed "Move on When Ready."  We have seen great strides in participation in dual enrollment throughout Georgia.  The number of students served in the state's dual enrollment program has more than doubled since FY 2015."

Although participation in Georgia's dual enrollment program has grown exponentially, many families remain unfamiliar with how to get their children involved in the program.  Based on conversations with parents, high school students, and college students, we understand that the program may be misunderstood.

To ensure students are utilizing the program appropriately and simplify people's understanding of and navigation through the state's program, the state is changing the program name from "Move on When Ready" to "Dual Enrollment."  This change will make it clear to parents and students the opportunities this program affords and will benefit the state in helping to further increase participation in the program moving forward.

Interested students and their families should contact their school counselor for more information on the dual enrollment program.

Have you established your Infinite Campus Parent Portal access?  With this access, you can track the attendance and grades of all of your students.  Make sure your email address is on file, and look for instructions via email for this set up.  You can find the Infinite Campus Parent app in the Google Play Store or in the Apple App Store.

What's the difference between the student login and the parent portal?

When signed in as a parent, the user has the ability to access information all of their students with one login through a drop down option.  When a student is selected, they can view  schedule, grades, attendance, reports, and demographic data.  They can also access update household and family members information if on a computer.  Through a computer interface, they can also access the Online Registration application to provide proof of residency documentation, update emergency contact information, and more.
