April 2020

What a difference 3 months can make! The past few weeks we have seen our world change at a rapid pace. While the news can be overwhelming, my role is to provide support and help guide you through.

That means verifying that you are in a safe position, offer assistance if needed, re-visiting your portfolio, and how best to manage through this period. Governments have introduced multiple stimulus programs, so there is financial support for many. We have collected a list of many resources available below.

We have reached out to every client and spoken with most of you. If we have not yet connected, please reach out and we can schedule a time to review your portfolio. I am setting up online meetings and want to ensure that any changes to your situation are recognized and you are in a stable position in this new reality.

Janice, Andrek, and I are currently working remotely from home and we are available should you wish to schedule an online meeting or phone call. We are continuing to check email and voicemail on a frequent basis. Please continue to send mail to 9130 Leslie St, Suite 302, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 0B9. However, when possible please email documents to ensure we respond in a timely manner.

'Social distancing or separation does not have to mean social disconnection. Communication technologies are tools that can enable us to stay connected, problem solve, and put plans in place while safeguarding our own and other people's health.'
  • Psychology Safety Blog: Here are some great articles focused on how to prepare for self isolation, mental health and fitness, and more.
