SUCCESS AND FAILURE: WHAT CAN YOU LEARN FROM SUCCESS AND WHAT CAN YOU LEARN FROM FAILURE?
A Panel Discussion

We are so excited to announce that
Richard C. Camilleri (Rick) Co Founder Equalizer Pro Services which is a Partner to BlackRock Capital, and Dennis Bennie, Founder and Managing Partner of XDL Capital will be joining us on Thursday to do a joint presentation and panel on "Success and Failure"

This highly experienced and successful panel will be sharing their observations from the past 25 years as to why companies succeed and fail.  There are many lessons to learn from either. We will be exploring why Technology Businesses succeed or fail. You may think there are many reasons, and yet there are actually only a few.

Our panel will discuss many of these reasons, as well as specific examples from their own stories as to what lead to failure in their own careers.  But, more importantly, they will talk about what you can LEARN from these failures, and how you can translate these lessons into huge success.

BUILDING A LEADERSHIP TEAM
A Panel Discussion

Investors almost always make an investment on the strength on the leadership team.  If there are gaps, they take steps to quickly hire in order to surround the CEO with the right people.  But what do they expect you, the CEO to do to create the right team?  You can't be the smartest guy in the room - you need to work hard at surrounding yourself with the smartest and most ambitious and accomplished people possible.  What can you do to attract and retain the best and the brightest to support you, the CEO.  And what is your end game?  Do you want to be the CEO of a $5M company or a senior executive in a $50M company?  Perhaps you should think about it as if you are hiring your replacement.  What is most important in your business?  How do investors think and what insights can they provide?  This is sure to be a difficult and controversial session, but an important topic for all CEOs to think about.

We are thrilled to announce that Guy Beaudin, Rick Camilleri and Debi Sanderson will be lending their expertise and experience to this panel discussion.
