Finishing touches to the Memorial Plaza are in process. A ceremony to dedicate the Plaza and Veteran's Memorial to our community is scheduled for Memorial Day, May 29 at 11:00 am. Immediately following this dedication, the American Legion will have a Veteran's Ceremony. 

The Chamber/EDCis looking for a paid intern to do marketing and outreach for 15-20 hours per week. Position available from present to November 2017. Gain valuable knowledge in networking possibilities, career opportunities, and real world business experience, plus gain a wonderful asset to include on your resume. Deadline to apply is April 12.

Proceeds go to Project Pumpkin, an endowment fund the Morton Chamber launched in 2013 in partnership with the Morton Community Foundation. The purpose of the fund is to provide access to the Pumpkin Festival for families in need of our community.
