Mount Carmel to become MC3+ Church

Today, we announced a bold vision and plan to once again make Mount Carmel Christian Church an effective ministry in the Lord's Kingdom.
On April 1, Easter Sunday, Mount Carmel will become MC3+ Church, with a renewed focus on reaching young families and baptizing new believers. We will move our Sunday worship service into the Fellowship Hall and adopt a more modern, contemporary worship style, among many other planned changes.
The elders and Art Stansberry will host two question-and-answer sessions later this month, prior to the beginning of a four-week transitional period in March to prepare for our launch as MC3+ Church. The first Q-and-A session will be held Sunday, Feb. 21, in the Fellowship Hall immediately after our worship service. The second session will be held Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, immediately after life group meetings.

We are excited about where the Lord will lead in this endeavor and ask all of our members, current and former, to be in prayer about these changes.
Yours in Christ
