Product Catalog!

We mentioned in our last newsletter that we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary this year and with that we are proud to introduce our latest product catalog.  Featuring more than 30 new products including our new series of articulating mounts as well as our floor (EREN Series) and wall (ERWEN Series) equipment cabinets, there are 48 pages of mounting solutions for A/V, Communications and Security in a clear and easy to read format.  If you haven't already received your copy in the mail please contact us so we can get one in your hands or if you prefer a digital copy, we invite you to download one from our website.

It is with an attitude of gratitude that we thank you for your continued support. Since our beginning, we've been reminding you that with VMP, "Nothing Holds Up Better" and we will always strive to prove ourselves a strong partner and a worthy supplier.

VIVA LAS VEGAS! A record 26,000+ attendees worked the show floor of the just completed ISC West and while there were more than a few IP cameras and digital recorders to see, the VMP booth was busy being the best low tech guy at a high tech show and helping the industry's professionals figure out how to manage and organize their equipment. We introduced our latest mounting solutions and reintroducing some products they may have forgotten or previously overlooked. All in all, it was a great show where we got to visit with many of our loyal customers and made some new friends that will soon join that long list.

As you may know, over the past couple of years, we have created BIM (Building Information Modeling) models for several of our products and are happy to announce that we have added 7 additional models to our library. These models can be found on our website under the "Resources" tab, through AutoDesk Seek as well as through AViQ (formerly InfoComm iQ). The addition of more BIM content to the AutoDesk Seek repository is not just another tool in the toolbox, but a viable solution supporting the architectural, engineering, integration, and contracting communities in many markets.
Digital Signage and Menu Board Mount
I mentioned that we "reintroduced" some of the visitors to our booth at ISC West to some products they may have forgotten or previously overlooked. The FP-LDSB has been a favorite for smaller digital signage projects for the past couple of years, but we had folks telling us success stories that ranged from control rooms to menu boards and even to K-12 reception and waiting areas.  This versatile mount offers the following great features:
  • Holds 32" - 63" flat panels in portrait or landscape
  • Maximum mounting hole pattern - 810mm x 530mm (810mm x 810mm with extensions)
  • Adjustable -5 to +15 tilt lockable in 5 increments
  • Sectional wall plate which can be integrated with multiple FP-LDSB's to create a video wall using DS-BP
  • Distance from wall to back of the flat panel - 2.5" (2.6" with rail extensions)
  • Load capacity - 180 lbs
  • Black powder coat finish
