In Part 1, I described how inflammation could move from the healthy state of acute inflammation to the unhealthy state of chronic inflammation. The gut bacteria and the cellular lining of the gut play enormous roles in the inflammatory process.

Danenberg's Bread Miracle
One of the biggest challenges with eating a Paleo style diet is the lack of bread. While there are some breads out there marketed as paleo, they don't always taste that good. At the Danenberg household  We call this "the bread miracle." 


  • 2 Cups Almond Flour (Honeyville variety)
  • 2 Cups Tapioca Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
