Recent Cinema from Spain IV
November 20 - 23
Recent Cinema from Spain Series IV returns to Miami for its fourth
consecutive year this November 20-23, 2014. The four-day series will premiere six of Spain's most recognized films from this year. To kick off the festivities there will be a red carpet Opening Night Gala on Thursday, November 20, 2014 followed by a VIP reception.
Recent Cinema from Spain IV series pass and ticket holders will enjoy nightly premieres at the Olympia Theater at the Gusman Center for Performing Arts as well as participate in Q&A sessions with filmmakers and cast members.

GOGO MOAD!: The Museum on the Go!

MDC MOA+D's mobile kids program GO GO MOAD! goes on location throughout the Miami Book Fair International Street Fair. Look for the museums "mobile billboards" and learn about important works in MDC's permanent art collection.
Kids of all ages are invited to get their very own "passport to the museum" at the MDC MOA+D tent and locate all three works of mobile art. Collect all three special bookmarks to complete your passport and receive a special prize at the MDC Museum of Art + Design activity tent, then stay for a really cool art project based on the mobile billboards!

Bayfront Park's Tree Lighting & Food Truck Invasion
November 28 | 5:00PM - 9:00PM
Bring the whole family to Bayfront Park's Tree Lighting and kicking off the holiday season! This FREE event, the day after Thanksgiving, marks the "official" lighting of the tree. Created by Christmas Designers, Inc., the tree is a striking 50 ft. tall artificial tree that will stay lit every night and remain in the park through the New Year.
During this event, enjoy holiday music provided by Infinity Sound Productions and bring your appetite; the Food Truck Invasion will be on site with many of Miami's diverse food trucks.

World AIDS Day

To commemorate World AIDS Day on December 1st , Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus will host A World AIDS "Signature Event" that includes a forum with Local Government Officials and other members of the community, a Candlelight Vigil to remember those who have lost their lives to HIV/AIDS, and a Celebration of Life event.

The Book of Mormon

The nine-time Tony Award winning Best Musical from the creators of South Park, The Book of Mormon tells the story of two young Mormon missionaries sent to a remote village in northern Uganda, where a brutal warlord is threatening the local population. Na�ve and optimistic, the two missionaries try to share the Book of Mormon, but have trouble connecting with the locals, who are more worried about war, famine, poverty, and AIDS than about religion.

Installation of Bicycle Stations for New Bicycle Sharing & Rental Program
This notice serves as an advisory of the upcoming bicycle stations installation in the vicinity of your property. The bicycle stations are part of the City of Miami's public automated bicycle sharing and rental program. It is designed to serve as an additional option for residents and visitors to utilize as an eco-friendly mode of transportation.
Based on limited right-of-way, some locations will place the new stations at existing on-street parking. Your patience and understanding during these improvements is requested and appreciated.

Explore Miami's rich music legacy on a City Tour with HistoryMiami historian Dr. Paul George. Hop on a bus tour and relive some of Miami's legendary music moments. Sip on a signature cocktail as you hear behind-the-scenes stories of the arrival of The Beatles, Elvis Presley and others to Miami. Along the way, you will see some of Miami's iconic music venues.
