Join us Sunday as we continue our worship series "The Way" and discover what it means to not only place our faith in what Jesus did on the cross, but to embrace the way of the cross in our everyday lives. Pastor Jeff Kersey will preach in our Traditional Worship services and Dr. Bill Bouknight will preach in our Contemporary Worship services.



Called Charge Conference

We want to announce to our membership that this Sunday, March 19th at 7:00pm, before our scheduled Administrative Board meeting, we will have a called Charge Conference in the Fellowship Hall (Room 130). We will be discussing the approval of Zach deMoya as a candidate for ministry and the approval of Thad Hinnant as a part time local pastor. We will also receive the appointment of an associate pastor to fill our open position as fixed by Bishop Holston.



Upcoming Adult Ministry Opportunities
 
Join us Wednesday evenings starting March 22 as Nick Cunningham leads a 3 week study of the book of Jonah. Open to individuals and small groups. We will meet in the Chapel starting at 6:15pm.

Have you heard about or learned about the Holy Spirit and would like to go one step further and be filled with the Holy Spirit? Come to the Chapel Sunday, March 26, from 3pm-6pm where we will watch 2 Alpha videos on the Holy Spirit and pray for the Holy Spirit to move more fully in our lives. Membership Class

Our next Membership Class is Sunday, March 26th, 3:00 to 5:00 PM in West Campus room 831. Whether you are still in the information seeking stage or ready to join, we invite you to attend a Membership Class to learn about Mt. Horeb. Those who wish to join the church will have that opportunity at the end of the class.  Click here to register. Children's Baptism Class

Our next Baptism Class is Sunday, March 26th at 5:00pm in the West Campus, room 831. Once you have attended this class, you can choose a time to have your child baptized from one of our scheduled dates. For more information contact the church office.



Annie Moses Band In Concert

The Annie Moses Band combines the best of beloved genres in a style that unifies audiences, young and old, classical connoisseurs and roots enthusiasts, jazz aficionados and bluegrass buffs.
