April 7th, 2017

Join us for week 6 of our worship series "The Way" as we continue our focus on what it means to not only place our faith in what Jesus did on the cross, but to embrace the way of the cross in our everyday lives. The Reception

What's more fun than a wedding reception? Acts chapter 2 tells us that the early church was in the habit of eating together with glad and sincere hearts...essentially they knew how to throw a great party. We hope you will join us on May 21st for what we are calling "The Reception" - a church wide event celebrating the church as we enjoy one of the greatest gifts given to us by Jesus - one another. There will be more information to come, but go ahead and save the date if you are planning to attend.

Hope Force Training

Hope Force came along side of us in 2015 as we recovered from the devastating flood that took South Carolina by storm. They brought in trained volunteers to offer emotional and spiritual support to the victims as well as help with clean up and rebuilding. Hope Force will hold a training May 4 - 6th at New Holland Mennonite Church in Batesburg, SC. The focus of the training is emotional and spiritual preparation for service in disasters and areas of chronic need. The training will begin on Thursday evening at 6:30pm and conclude on Saturday at 5pm.  Meals and materials are included in the registration fee.
