These scrumptious recipes are the perfect treats to indulge in because they are all gluten, dairy, and sugar free! This year is the time to move past the traditional candy hearts and over-priced desserts because I have THREE delicious chocolate recipes to sweep you off your feet for the upcoming VALENTINES HOLIDAY!

NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY GANACHE  FUDGE CAKE

THIS CAKE IS SERIOUSLY TO DIE FOR! GUILT AND GLUTEN FREE... AND THE BEST PART? IT'S READY IN ONLY FIFTEEN MINUTES!

SERVES: 8    PREP TIME: 15 Minutes   COOK TIME: 0 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

FUDGE CAKE:  3 Cups of Walnuts (or any other nuts you prefer), 2/3 Cups of Unsweetened Cacao Powder, 1 Cup of Pitted Dates, Pinch of Sea Salt 

CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 1/3 Cup of Pitted Dates, 1/4 Cup Sweetener of your Choice (or Grade B Maple Syrup if you prefer), 1 Ripe Avocado, 1/3 Cup of Unsweetened Cacao Powder (I use Navita‚Äôs brand)

CHOCOLATE FROSTING: Fresh Strawberries, Approximately 1/2-1 Cup (or any other fruit of your choice: Raspberries, Mangoes, Peaches, or Bananas)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add walnuts, cacao powder, and salt in a high speed blender or food processor. Pulse until coarsely mixed. Add dates and pulse until mixed well.

2. Divide into 2 equal pieces and put aside.

3. To make the Frosting: Combine dates and sweetener in your high speed blender and process until smooth (1-2 mins). Then add the avocado and blend. Add the unsweetened cacao and process till smooth.

4. To assemble the cake, press the first half of the cake into a cake pan, and frost with half of the chocolate frosting. Top with strawberries ( or any other fruit), add the second cake on top and frost with the rest of the chocolate frosting.

5. Serve!

2-MINUTE NO-COOK CHOCOLATE PUDDING

AVOCADO IN A CHOCOLATE PUDDING!? IT PROVIDES THE PUDDING WITH A MELT-IN-YOUR MOUTH CREAMINESS THAT YOU WOULD NEVER FIND IN OTHER PUDDINGS.

THIS PUDDING IS UNIQUE AS A BLUE MOON.

SERVES: 2    PREP TIME: 5 Minutes   COOK TIME: 0 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 Avocado, 2 Ripe Bananas, 2 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk, 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Your Choice, 4 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Few Drops of Vanilla Extract or Fresh Vanilla Bean

DIRECTIONS

1. Add to your high speed blender or Vitamix the banana, avocado, almond milk, maple syrup or sweetener of your choice, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Blend for 1-2 minutes.

2. Serve in a glass and top with fresh berries. Sprinkle cocoa powder or cocoa nibs on top.

DARK CHOCOLATE FILLED RASPBERRIES

THIS PLEASURE FILLED DESSERT BURSTS INTO TASTY EXPLOSIONS. YOUR LOVE AFFAIR WITH FOOD WILL BE EVEN STRONGER THAN YOUR FIRST BITE.

SERVES: 4    PREP TIME: 2 Minutes   COOK TIME: 2 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 Pints of Fresh Raspberries, 8 oz Dark Chocolate Bar (70% Cocoa or More) Broken Into Small Pieces, 2 Tspn Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Add the chocolate and coconut oil in a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir with a fork and microwave for approximately 30 seconds until the chocolate has completely melted. Do not over-cook. It can burn!

2. Arrange the raspberries attractively on a tray so that they all stand up.

3. Spoon the chocolate mixture into a piping bag or plastic sandwich bag. Snip the corner and fill each raspberry with chocolate. Place the raspberries in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.
