Probiotics Help Speed Weight Loss After Surgery

Probiotics are naturally occurring bacteria that live in our gastrointestinal tracts. A healthy dose of probiotics has been shown to improve weight loss and prevent common side effects post bariatric surgery. Learn more.

Alumni Education & Support Groups -- Help Along Your Journey
Whether you are two weeks or two years out of surgery, our team is here to help. Join us for our alumni education classes or support groups to help you along your weight loss journey.  Meetings held in the MyNewSelf Education Room, Suite 102, unless otherwise noted.

Support groups are for alumni and potential patients who have attended an education seminar with the surgeon only.  Out of concern for the privacy of our current patients, potential patients cannot bring family or friends to the support group.
