The NAAB will meet February 24-25 in Los Angeles, CA.

On the agenda are 10 accreditation decisions, including three for initial accreditation. These decisions are based on visits that took place in Fall 2016.

In addition to accreditation decisions, the board will discuss its strategic priority for international activity, the results of the Accreditation Process Review Task Force, the new guidelines prepared by the Digital Accreditation Advisory Task Force, and plans for the 2019 Accreditation Review Conference.

The NAAB office is closed Monday, February 20 in observance of Presidents Day.

We will be back on Tuesday, February 21.

The NAAB is looking for images of students in studio, in the field, in the classroom, or in the lab.

February 25 marks the end of the first 30 days of the 2017 visit cycle. By then the NAAB will have finished six of the more than 30 visits on the calendar for this year.

Thank you to all the team members, program administrators, faculty, students, and staff for contributing time and talent to this important effort.

Everyone assigned to a team for a spring 2017 visit is expected to complete a refresher webinar prior to starting the visit.

There is one session still on the schedule. This is for those assigned to teams with visits starting after March 15. If you have already attended one, you do not have to register again.

The session starts at 1:00 p.m. ET and lasts about 30 minutes.
