What is Non-Medical Switching?
Insurance companies notify patients that they may need to switch medications to one less expensive, even though their current medication is working well. This is known as "non-medical switching". We are trying to understand how non-medical medication switching impacts the patient community and the concerns that patients have about non-medical medication switching. We hope that you will take a few minutes to complete a brief survey.

This is an anonymous survey open to U.S. residents. Upon completion, you will be asked to provide your name and email address to be entered into the raffle for one of three $100 debit cards.
