 NAMI-NYS Housing Survey

NAMI-NYS is excited to share the first housing survey conducted in several years.  This survey has been carefully created to address the concerns of both individuals living with mental illness and their parents/caregivers related to housing.  NAMI-NYS has collaborated with several organizations focused on mental health/illness in an effort to be sure that all aspects of housing could be addressed in this survey.  We welcome you to share this survey which will allow us to collect information on the concerns surrounding the housing issues for our members and their families.  Click here to participate in the survey and for those who had trouble completing the survey, click here.

We would appreciate hearing from you by March 15, 2015 if possible.  We will take all responses after that date also.
