NAO recognizes the challenges all nonprofits face when it comes to offering competitive, affordable, and quality healthcare benefits to employees. As such, we have cultivated a strong, collaborative relationship with Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services, a social mission-based healthcare broker serving the nonprofit community, to co-create a risk-free health insurance program we call Insure Oregon Nonprofits, or ION.
ION is a health insurance program for NAO members with at least 5 employees and up to 50 members on benefits. ION allows for improved, customized plan designs that eliminate employee out-of-pocket costs and ensures premium stability - and in some cases, premium reductions - for our small-to-midsize members. And the best part: Nonstop assumes all of the financial and administrative risk.
