Effective May 1, 2018, CRGC will not accept any faxed Visual Editing Change Dispute forms. This is in accordance with CRGC's commitment to support electronic solutions and reduce paper transactions. All completed Visual Editing Change Dispute forms must be emailed to Dee LeTendre at  The revised Visual Editing Change Dispute form is posted to the CRGC web site, under Registrar Resources, Registrar Forms and Checklists.
