LEADERSHIP TRAINING VIDEOS
In an effort to keep things consistent and impart focused knowledge of important areas of ministry in The United Methodist Churches, the North Coast District started offering half-day modules of training this spring to address the specific needs of: the Staff Parish Relations Committee, the Trustee Committee, those that work with Church Finances (day-to-day and reporting), and Office Management responsibilities. The highlights of the modules are presented on our District webpage as they are completed.

The video from the first training for SPR committees and pastor, the "Rule of Christ" program, is now on available for viewing. In addition to the video, there are supplemental documents which can be downloaded for use for SPR committees and new staff members. Please see the page here: http://www.eocumc.com/northcoast/leadership-videos.html

The documents from the Trustee and Finance Training Modules will be up next week. We are currently working on editing the video from the Finance module held yesterday, May 3rd.
