NCET just wrapped up the 9th NCET Small Business Expo in the Atlantis' Grand Ballroom, attended by 1,000 entrepreneurs, small business owners and exhibitors.  The continued success of this event provides a chance to reflect on how Nevada's small business and entrepreneurial climate has changed since NCET's first Expo. Ten years ago, Nevada had few entrepreneurial resources and probably wasn't top-of-the-mind for companies - such as Tesla and Apple - looking to expand or relocate.  How the world has changed. Read more here.
