Real Stories, Real Impact
We know the critical role that the child welfare workforce plays in the lives of vulnerable children, youth and families, and that child welfare workforce development efforts matter.  Those on the front lines of these kind of change efforts have inspiring stories to tell, so we've created the Real Stories project to share them with the field! 

Our two newest stories:
 
NCWWI Online Learning Products
 
Access engaging, interactive online learning that builds skills in leadership, workforce development, and change implementation. These tools are available to anyone and can be used by managers (coaching & team meetings), training departments (pre-work, transfer strategies, optional courses, and staff newsletters), faculty and implementation teams (to provide foundational information).

NEW REFERENCE & RESOURCE LISTS

Each month, we scan and collect new workforce development resources and add them to our online collection at MyNCWWI. We also update our reference lists of peer-reviewed journal articles every quarter.  Here is what's new:
