It is generally a quiet time in the State Houses as the year winds down, but the House and Senate bills in Massachusetts to study diaper need have both been voted on favorably and forwarded to the relevant Ways & Means committee of each chamber.

Sales tax holidays including diapers along with other clothing have been proposed in Florida and Ohio. The proposal in Ohio would make the holiday a permanently recurring event (each state currently votes on the sales tax holiday annually).
