Are you proud of your international business accomplishments over the past year?  Nominate your company for the '2016 North Dakota Exporter of the Year Award' or the 'North Dakota Service to Exporters Award'.  Gov. WCCO Belting, a seasoned exporter and the only North Dakota company to have received the Presidential "E Star" Award for Export Success, has its roots in a basement shoe repair business. From a one man show to employing more than 250 people at two locations today, WCCO Belting has won over customers nationally and internationally. A refocus on export opportunities in 2002 turned the company into a multi-million-dollar rubber products manufacturer that generates more than 50% of its sales from customers located outside of the United States. WCCO now sells into over twenty countries.

Global Entry Workshop Planned for March 28 & 29 in Fargo

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will hold a Global Entry workshop March 28-29 in Fargo, ND.  Global Entry is a U.S. CBP program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Members enter the United States through automatic kiosks at select airports.  The U.S. CBP advises those interested in this program to apply ASAP so they can schedule an appointment once the Enrollment Center is opened in early September. All applicants need to be conditionally approved for Global Entry prior to scheduling an appointment, so please be sure to apply ASAP.
