U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) is currently serving his first term representing the State of Ohio in the U.S. Senate. He serves on the Senate's Budget; Energy & Natural Resources; Finance; and Homeland Security & Government Affairs Committees. He previously represented Ohio's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives for 12 years, and also served as the U.S. Trade Representative and as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
