CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:
Early Bird Full Registration - $425 
Early Bird Single Day Registration - Wednesday, May 2, 2017 - $275
Early Bird Single Day - Property Management Day, Thursday, May 4, 2017 - $250
Early Bird Rates Expire on 3/15/17 and rates increase by $25.

Note:
  • Registration rates do NOT include hotel accommodations. 
  • Registration rates include admission into workshop and keynote sessions, entertainment activities, and wellness classes for the days that you are registered for the conference.  
  • Meals included in Full Registration:  Wednesday breakfast, coffee break, lunch, and dinner; Thursday breakfast, coffee break, and lunch; Friday breakfast, coffee break, & Subway Card (if you sign up at registration).  Dinner is on your own Tuesday & Thursday evening.

Please consider sharing a room at the 2017 NERSC Conference so that more attendees can enjoy the beauty and ease of being onsite.  It's also a great way to keep costs to a minimum. 

Arrival/Departure Dates:  Most attendees arrive on Tuesday evening, checking in on 5/2/17 and leave on Friday afternoon, checking out on 5/5/17.

  4:00 p.m.   Check out time:   11:00 a.m.

·        (Room)  King or Queen Garden or Ocean View Rooms: $169/night 
·        (Suites)  King or Queen Ocean View, Garden View or Hot Tub Suites: $279/night

Subject to 8% state and local taxes.  Resort fee is waived.

Payment: A credit card is required as a secure form of payment.  Nothing will be charged at the time of the reservation.  A check can be used for payment as long as it is received 10 business days prior to arrival or the credit card on file will be charged. 

Incidentals:  When you arrive, a credit card will be requested and a $25.00 per day fee is held. This is released on day of check-out and can take from 36-72 hours for your bank/card holder to place the funds back into their accounts.

Cancellation:  All reservations that are not cancelled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a one night room and tax fee.

Confirmation:  When making your hotel reservation online, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation via email.  

All reservations must be made by 3/17/2017.

Plan to order any of these items during your online registration process.  Items will be available for pick up at the conference.   Merchandise will also be available for purchase at the conference, but sizes and quantities will be limited.  Also, all items will be an additional $5 if purchased onsite at the conference to cover the costs of inventory.

NERSC Board of Directors
 
Sarah started with WinnResidential as a Resident Service Coordinator over 7 years ago at two properties in Charlestown, Massachusetts.  As a Senior Resident Service Coordinator, Sarah continues to be the RSC at these properties as well as being responsible for special projects for the Resident Services Department and training new RSCs in the Boston area.  Sarah has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston University and is a Massachusetts Certified Resident Service Coordinator.
 
Prior to working for Winn Residential, Sarah held various positions within the International Institute of New England ranging from Refugee Case Manager to the Interim Director of their Lowell office.  Sarah's passion has always been related to work in the human service field.  She currently volunteers as Secretary on the board of Smith Park of New York, the home of Camp WA WA Segowea.

NERSC together with the significant support of FOCUS, Inc. and other sponsors, is pleased to provide full and partial scholarship opportunities for dozens of attendees that would not be able to attend due to financial limitations.

The training and education of Resident Service Coordinators is essential to happy, healthy residents.  

Scholarship applications are now available.  Please read the criteria carefully and apply to cover conference registration fees. All other fee based activities, meals outside the conference, accommodations, and transportation are the responsibility of the applicant and/or their employer.

The number and the dollar amount of scholarships will be determined by the number of scholarship sponsorships we receive.  Please consider becoming a scholarship sponsor today
