This seminar is geared toward Executive Directors, Board Members, and Nonprofit Administrators desiring to implement best practices in nonprofit operations. All participants will receive copies of the Standards for Excellence® Code booklet and the organizational self-assessment form.   
 
Participants will learn about the educational resources and optional certification components of the Standards for Excellence® program.
