New Family Laws - Correction
Last week's e-Bulletin incorrectly summarized HBI325 which has been signed into law.
A more accurate description of the final version is:
"Divorced parents and those with a parenting plan may agree in writing to allow their child to attend the school district in which either parent lives, provided that they give a copy of the agreement to both school districts."
Thanks to Honey Hastings for the heads-up.
