ROSEVILLE - The North State BIA released its sales figures for August, with homebuilders tallying 314 sales from 145 reporting communities in the region. This represents a slight drop from July's numbers, which included  387 sales with 154 communities reporting.

"Although we experienced a decline in sales from last month to this month, we are confident that an uptick is coming during what is typically a busy fall selling season, said Andy Davidson, the BIA Chair and President of Construction with Anton Development Company. "Overall, we remain in good spirits about the state of the housing market in the region and feel confident that we will close out the final few months of 2017 on a high note."
