December 18, 2017

ROSEVILLE - The regional homebuilding industry recorded 303 sales from 151 reporting projects during the month of November.

"With just a month of sales left to report for 2017, we have reached 4,625 sales for the year, an increase of more than 400 over 2016's finally tally of 4,208," said Andy Davidson, the BIA Chair and President of Construction with Anton Development Company. "We anticipate another solid month once December's numbers are recorded and expect a year over year increase of roughly 600-700 sales. All in all, we will close out another good year for our industry, but with the caveat that we have a long way to go before we come close to meeting the region's housing needs."
