Before discussing an ambitious agenda for 2017 at its first quarter meeting on January 19, the newly elected Board and Officers of the New York Metro CCIM Chapter honored two of its Past Presidents, Al Holloman and Chris Cervelli.
Al, a Principal and Senior Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC, has been a member of the Chapter since its inception in 2008, and served as President in 2014/15. He is also the outgoing Regional Vice President of CCIM Institute.
Chris is co-owner of Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management in North Bergen, NJ. Before becoming President of New York Metro in 2016, he served in various leadership capacities and will continue to work as a Board Member in 2017.
