Michael L. Mathews is an author, minister, and technologist. He is currently serving as AVP for Innovation and Technology at Oral Roberts University, Tulsa Oklahoma.
Michael's work with ORU has reaped many awards and recognition for the Kingdom of God. A few of the recent Awards include the 2018 CIO 100 Award, 2018 Ellucian Technology Award, Named one of the 2017 Top 30 Innovators, 2017 Global Digital Transformers, 2017 Campus Technology Innovation Award, 2017 EDUVENTURES Award, the 2017 USDLA Innovation Award.
Michael spent 12 years at Cray Research Supercomputer company and 12 additional years working within education as a chief innovator, chief information officer, and chief strategist. Michael has been invited on three occasionsto the Whitehouse, lectured at the United Nations, and been interviewed by over 100 magazines, newsletters, and journals, including NYC's Fast Company.
Mike's passion for God's ability to leverage technology in the 21st century to send light around the world -- is in high demand by secular and christian organizations.
