Fried sweet, ripe plantains served with hot sauce.

Homemade Lentil Soup
A hearty stew sautéed in onions, carrots, potatoes and celery, and fused with Ethiopian spices.

Entrée

Curry Chicken
Tender chicken stewed in a lively curry and garlic sauce mixed with traditional Caribbean spices added to accentuate the exotic flavors. Served with Jasmine Rice and Beans flavored in traditional spices and coconut milk, along with a traditional Garden Salad.

Herbed Grilled Salmon
Fresh salmon marinated in ginger, Ethiopian herbs, and tomato sauce. Served over Jasmine Rice and traditional Garden Salad.

Yebege Alitcha
An Ethiopian childhood favorite. Tender lamb morsels stewed in herb butter, red chili pepper known as "Berbere" and white onions. Served with Caribbean-styled Jasmine Rice & Beans, with a traditional Garden Salad.

Twins Vegetarian Platter
Our famous, Ethiopian style vegetarian platter of yellow split peas, red lentils, Twins
special collard greens, and a mixed combination of cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
