Tender chicken stewed in a lively curry and garlic sauce mixed with traditional Caribbean spices added to accentuate the exotic flavors. Served with Jasmine Rice and Beans flavored in traditional spices and coconut milk, along with a traditional Garden Salad.
Herbed Grilled Salmon
Fresh salmon marinated in ginger, Ethiopian herbs, and tomato sauce. Served over Jasmine Rice and traditional Garden Salad.

An Ethiopian childhood favorite. Tender lamb morsels stewed in herb butter, red chili pepper known as "Berbere" and white onions. Served with Caribbean-styled Jasmine Rice & Beans, with a traditional Garden Salad.
