Where have you seen this sign?

Where have you seen the sign on the right? And more than a dozen similar to it?

If you said alongside Hwy 290 near the Farmers Market every Wednesday, you're right! We now have signs we update each week with what's new at market. Check them out as you drive past (getting ready to turn into the Triangle) to see what you can expect to find from our local vendors this week.

This gift box is to remind shoppers that the Farmers Market has a great selection of handmade gift items. From handcrafted jewelry to local honey and incredibly fresh (and beautiful!) produce, you'll find things at our market you can't get anywhere else.
The Nicest Guy in Town Plays Here

On the second Wednesday of the month, we welcome Alex Dormont to our Farmers Market stage. Dripping Springers have heard Alex play his authentic western sound at every fundraiser, benefit or charity event in the DS community for the past 32 years. He is often accompanied by vocalist and  friend Beyrl Armstrong.

Alex was recently  recognized by the Society of Western Music as a "Hero of Western Swing." He and his Hot Texas Swing Band have won Top Male Vocalist, Top Female Vocalist, and Song of the Year awards from the Academy of Western Artists and had an original song (Ain't Dead Yet ) hit number one on the Western Way Top Ten Western Swing Album chart.

You can catch the Hot Texas Swing Band at Mercer Street Dancehall on Friday, December 23, or find out more about them at hottexasswingband.com.

Our musicians donate their time for our enjoyment. Thank them at their tip jar....

The mission of the Dripping Springs Farmers Market is to provide
a gathering place for the community where:

* Local agriculture and value-added product producers sell a variety of fresh agricultural and related products directly to the consumer.
* Consumers may learn the uses and benefits of quality, locally grown or prepared food products and access local services and hand-made crafts as provided in the Market's rules.

The City of Dripping Springs believes that local agriculture is essential to the region's economy and is committed to making economic and educational connections between residents and local agricultural producers through the Dripping Springs Farmers Market. The Market is a Texas Department of Agriculture certified farmers market and operates in accordance with all city, county, state, and federal laws, for the benefit of vendors and customers alike.
