In "Discipleship" Bonhoeffer argues we need to get out into "the fresh air of decision" as we follow Christ though the many unknowns of our life.
The fresh air is where Christ leads and we follow. The fresh air is where Christ is teacher and we are students. The fresh air is where Christ guides and we trust. The fresh air is where Christ knows the way and we don't. The freshest air is where Christ is the way.
This air can be had in far off and wondrous places. Summer trips have proven to be a deep inhale of fresh air preparing for the real adventure at home. But this air can be had each week in Princeton as we gather in faith and fellowship. How far will we go? This summer? This week? Hope to see you this Summer
and this Sunday.
